Rumors of ‘riots’ spread like fire in West Delhi on Sunday

On Sunday, West Delhi panicked as rumors spread of fresh violence was seen on a late evening. Delhi Police received almost 3000 panicked people calls from the city from the rumors. The riots rumor started from the Khyala area which soon gripped Tilak Nagar, Jail Road, Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, and Tagore Garden. People were running across on roads in order to save themselves from the riots. Later Delhi police and local MLA ensured that it was just a rumor and nothing else.

Netizens are surprised to see the old lady’s English-speaking skills. The woman can be seen dressed in a traditional white shirt and red saree in the video. She started speaking on Mahatma Gandhi as the person behind the camera makes the video. The video was shared on Twitter by an IPS officer Arun Bothra.

2 Amazon workers infected with COVID-19 Also a Google employee was tested positive

Amazon has confirmed that two of its employees have been infected with the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Italy on 1st March. Due to which, Amazon has halted all non-essential tours, including trips within the US.

According to a New York Times report said on Sunday the Amazon spokesperson Drew Herdener said that “the company was supporting the affected employees, who were in Milan and are now in quarantine”.
Last week, an employee from Google was also tested positive for COVID-19 at its office in Zurich, Switzerland. Still, the company has not shut down its Zurich office has restricted employees to travel to Iran, Italy, and China. They have also canceled their ‘Global News Initiative’ April summit in northern California.

Till now, the deadly virus that emerged in the Chinese city of Wuhan had registered nearly 3,000 deaths globally and there have been more than 87,000 people infected cases.

You could be fined 10,000 if your PAN card is not linked with Aadhaar

Your PAN card will become out of use if it is not linked to Aadhaar within March 31 and it might lead to a fine of 10,000. The income tax department might impose a penalty of 10,000 on you for using an inoperative Permanent Account Number, if you fail to link your PAN card with Aadhaar card within the deadline of March 31. Earlier the department announced that all unlinked PAN cards will be declared as “inoperative” and at this instant issued a new notification saying that such PAN cardholders shall face a penalty under the Income Tax Act for not providing PAN details.
