Nirbhaya Case: Convicts to be hanged on March 3

After several postpone of the verdict, Patiala court has once again issued a fresh date where the four convicts will be hanged on March 3rd. Parents of Nirbhaya are hopeful that this time, the convicts will be hanged and their daughter would get justice.

Coronavirus update as on 17 Feb

According to China’s National Health Commission, there are total 70,548 confirmed cases, and 1,775 deaths in China due to Coronavirus. Measures such as- closing non-essential public venues and stringent traffic restrictions to contain the epidemic in the worst-hit Hubei was taken by the China government. China also considered delaying its most high-profile annual political meeting for the first time in decades, due to the deadly virus. Though more than 10,000 people had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, the commission said in its daily report said that 7,264 people were still suspected to be infected by the virus. There are total of 2,048 new cases confirmed of the deadly infection, taking the total number of infected cases to 70,548

TikTok’s new ‘skull-breaker’ challenge and is it so dangerous

A new challenge, similar to the fatal Blue whale challenge that broke out on social media platforms, is currently trending on the popular video-sharing app TikTok involves three people in the act.
This strange challenge can result in really serious head back and body injuries.

The ‘skull-breaker’ challenge involves three people in which the two people on either side of the third one will hop in the air and once they land, the person in between the two will do the same. And when the third person jumps in the air, the other two kick him on his legs, making the jumper fall on the ground on his back. The first video was shot in a school in Venezuela and it later spread across the globe. The challenge is picking up rapidly as more and more teenagers and young adults are indulging in performing the act without any safety precautions causing worry among parents.
