The Delhi government has partially eased the lockdown regulations through permitting electricians, veterinarians, plumbers, to resume their paintings from Tuesday. In order, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority also allowed lab technicians, inter-state travel of health workers, and scientists that were prohibited within the city. Delhi government has also encouraged online teaching and distance learning.

Here is the full list by Delhi Government of people who are granted exemptions:

1) Veterinary Hospitals, dispensaries, centers, pathology labs, deal and supply of antibody and medication.

2) All medical and veterinary people, scientists, nurses, Para-medical staff, lab technicians, Midwives, and other hospitals support services movement inter and Intra State including by air.

3) Self-employed people like electricians, plumbers, and water purifiers repairing people and other similar services.

4) People operating the homes for children, disabled people, mentally challenged people, senior citizens, destitute, and widows.

5) Educational book shop and stationeries for students

6) Electric fan shops for the household.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said that all shops, neighborhood shops, and shops in residential complexes will be open. Whereas shops in markets, in market complexes, and shopping malls will be closed. It is to be noted that the relaxations are not applicable in hotspots and containment zones.
