The new crime thriller series, Your Honor, starring Jimmy Sheirgill, is now streaming to SonyLIV. Set in Ludhiana, Punjab, ‘Your Honor’ chronicles the journey of an esteemed judge who forsakes his morality in order to save his son.

In a one-minute teaser, we meet Bishan Khosla (Jimmy Sheirgill), a well-known judge whose teenage son Abeer (Pulkit Makol) is behind a hit-and-run accident. The survivor of this incident is the son of a gangster. To protect his son, Khosla tries to do everything, from filing a false missing report about his car to getting the car disposed of, but the police somehow manage to get to his son.

Looking at it, Your Honor looks to be an engaging series backed by some of the talented characters. It is adapted from the Israeli Kvodo series, created by Ron Ninio, Ester Ramdar, and Shlomo Mashiach.

Speaking of the series, Jimmy Sheirgill said earlier in a statement, “My role in Your Honor takes a chance with its own reality, the substance of the story is what convinced me to be part of it. The length that an individual can go, burning all the bridges and principles for those he loves, is truly compelling.
