15 ITALIAN TOURISTS IN INDIA HAVE BEEN TESTED POSITIVE FOR CORONAVIRUS-
On March 4th, 15 Italian tourists in India have been tested positive for coronavirus. According to the media reports the Italian tourists have been quarantined at a camp of the paramilitary, Indo-Tibetan Police Force. There was a total of 23 Italian tourists who traveled to Rajasthan last month. Currently, one couple from the group is in Jaipur who tested positive on Tuesday. The Rajasthan health authorities had frightened that the couple would have infected more people as they had visited famous tourist places in the state. Hence, the other 21 members of the tourist group were sent to Delhi to be quarantined and tested by the authorities. Today, 15 of the 21 Italian tourists have now been confirmed positive for coronavirus.
THE DELHI PATIENT HAS INFECTED SIX MEMBERS OF HIS FAMILY WHO ARE IN AGRA-
According to the Union health minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan, it was found out that the person tested positive in Delhi had infected six other members of his family who are in Agra. All six members have tested positive for the virus on Wednesday. All the six people are relatives and had come in contact with a 45-year-old patient from Delhi, as he visited Agra, a PTI report said. The government says it is tracing other natives who might have come in contact with these six persons. In total 28 cases have been identified in India, where 3 patients have already recovered.
The virus originated in Wuhan, China has claimed 2,981 lives so far in Mainland China.
