The movie took us on a road trip in Spain. The lazy travel of the lane, the spectacular deep-sea diving, the super-fun Tomatina festival, and the thrilling sky-fall were all just to die for. It makes you want to explore and discover your own self with your mates. This film has indeed made Spain a famous Indian travel destination.

DIL CHAHTA HAI

‘Dil Chahta Hai’ has a lot of credit to make almost every youth wish for the much-needed Goa trip. This one hit the right chord with the audience long before the guy road trips became the flavor among the youth, evoking their traveling desires, particularly with friends.

YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI

Bordered by thick forests, and glittering in their white glory, the snow-clad peaks of Gulmarg are just beautiful. While Gulmarg was passed off in the film as Manali, the film inspired bag-packers to leave it all aside and go on a trek with friends in this area.
The second half of the film captures Rajasthan’s magnificent Palaces and Monuments. The Udaipur theme wedding revealed that Rajasthan is so much more than just deserts.

The secret border between France and Italy took our breath away with the mountain chain, which is a totally different view from the one we think France will have. For us, Indians Tamasha brought the beautiful city of Corsica to life. The film showed the place so beautifully that every frame looked like a postcard on the picture. It looked like the characters had a great getaway and felt like it would be ideal for us as well.

ANJANA ANJAANI

The protagonists agree to end their lives but must journey a little before that. The best way to stay and what better place to go and visit Las Vegas is flying. The road trip they take from New York to Las Vegas is absolutely awesome to watch. And the barren lands look beautiful too.

QUEEN

After the groom walked out just before the wedding, Kangana Ranaut’s solo honeymoon in ‘Queen’ was a path-breaking film that not only won the actress immense acclaim but also inspired doubtful souls for solo tours.
