In a stunning case originating from Uttar Pradesh, a teacher working for Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya earned around ₹1 crore by being a teacher with 25 schools all the while. 

The issue went to the fore after the state essential training division chose to make a database of instructors and her name showed up at 25 spots. 

The teacher’s name is reported as Anamika Shukla. It is alleged that she works full time at KGBV, but was also enrolled with schools in different areas like Amethi, Ambedkarnagar, Raebareli, Prayagraj, Aligarh.
